Reports from PNG and Venezuela

We truly believe that the power of the Word of God is beyond our imagination!

Today we received 2 reports from people that we've trained and are using the Oral Bible.

From Banz, Papua New Guinea
Christian Leader's Training College students, Joro and Ruth write:

Its a good news to inform you of the impact of the story telling methods you and the team from the US came and helped us at cltc. It is a very powerful tool that really impresses the lives and hearts of my community during the break back at home. I and my wife took the whole three weeks to move among the people, and did a lot of stories.

This is one of a non - church goer comments and said Pastor; this program is certainly for people like me, and really enjoyed it and it is really clear to all of us. Not only this but the response of the community was positive, and they want more of these staff. When we graduated from the college and go back home, we will do lots of visits in our community. And we pray that you guys can somehow come visit us in our local church some times if the Lord allows.

From Las Tunas, Venezuela
Missionary Jonathan writes:

I wanted to let you know in more detail how the outreach event went with using la Biblia Oral (the Oral Bible). You would have been proud to see it!

We started planning for the activity at the end of June and we had several meeting during the weeks leading up to the event to practice. The youth worked really hard and did a great job! The lady that told the Bible story from Mark 5 did a fantastic job! I was nervous for her but she did very well! The youth did a drama like they did when you guys were here and they did an even better job on it! I shared the Gospel at the end and started out asking the questions like you guys did.

... the seed was planted and God makes it grow. Even though I wished more people could have come out, I still think it was a great activity because everybody worked so hard and the Gospel was preached! The other good thing is that they want to plan more activities in other communities!

I just wanted you to know that your trip to Las Tunas was not in vain!
